Niko didn't ban him, I know who did, and I know exactly what was going on :) ,
And the fact that the bug / fighting style he mentioned in the ban appeal does not exist anywhere, not even in SA-MP, So theres either 2 things, He manages to bug and unbug himself during a fight which is highly impossible, or he toggles :)

Wow great record your clan has, let me see,
The owner banned on LVP and LW,
and you're only WW'er thats any good also toggles and is banned on LCS :)
